Sediment Filters (Melt Blown)

Melt-blown sediment filters, constructed of this pure polypropylene. The surfactant-free depth filter ensures low pressure drops, with exceptional dirt-holding capabilities. The cartridge is designed for the mechanical purification of water from sand, dirt, and rust. 

Features:

• Available in 1-100 micron porosity
• Recommended for pre-treatment of water
• Operating temperature from +2 to +40 °C
• Recommended filtration rate: 10-75 l / min
  
• IMPORTANT: Rinse the filter until the filtered water is clear (at least 2-5 liters)
  
• Regular replacement (every 6 months) of the filter cartridge recommended for proper product operation

This sediment filter series uses no resin binders, lubricants, antistatic or release agents, or other chemical additives. The one-step manufacturing process continuously extrudes and thermally bonds pure polypropylene microfibres into a complex filter matrix. Cartridges are characterized by excellent sediment absorption of sand, silt, rust, and suspended solids from potable water.
